Didi Gutman is best known as keyboardist, producer and composer for the Best Electronica Grammy Award-nominated Brazilian Girls, the New York City-based quartet that Variety recently called “the only dance band that matters.”
The Argentine native’s current success represents the culmination of many years of impressive work in the studio and on the road with bold-faced names in music, such as Roy Ayers, Bebel Gilberto, Nathy Peluso, Luis Salinas, Luis Alberto Spinetta, Melingo, Richard Bona, Me’Shell N’degeocello, C+C Music Factory, Baaba Maal, Gustavo Cerati, John Legend, Tini, El General, Trueno, Porter, David Lebon, Armando Manzanero, Meteoros, Siddhartha, De Pedro, MJ Llergo, Jorge Drexler and more..
Didi won a Latin Grammy in 2002 in the category “Best Instrumental Pop” for his song ‘Vacio’, from the album Bajofondo Tango Club, produced by Gustavo Santaolalla.
He also Won a Premio Gardel with Meteoros for Best Pop Band Album 2016.
The year 2024 finds Didi Gutman busy with the Release and Live Performances of Novel, his first Solo Album.
